HPPAE Funded Sites

SWLI's goal is to fund a total of 60 schools of social work nationwide to achieve the critical mass necessary to improve the quality of aging education and establish HPPAEs as the norm throughout the country.

Each "site" is comprised of an anchor university and local community agencies working as partners.

Funding is granted in three cycles:

• Cycle One: 10 Schools from June 2005 - June 2008
• Cycle Two: 25 Schools from June 2006 - June 2009
• Cycle Three: 25 Schools from June 2008 - June 2011

SWLI maintains a strong relationship with all of our sites and offers trainings and technical support throughout the funding period and beyond.
